REFERRAL PROGRAMS

We are pleased to reward clients who share their travel experiences with friends and family. We have three referral programs, and they offer valuable trip rebates and complimentary travel when referral thresholds are met. The benefits are not combinable across programs.

Individual Referrals: Post-Travel Rebates

This program allows you to earn travel rebates. For every new client you refer, who books and completes their trip with our agency, you will receive a $50 travel rebate to apply toward future travel.

• The referred traveler must be a new client and they must mention your name at the time of their first inquiry or booking.
• Rewards stack up to a maximum balance of $250. Once you hit the cap, simply use your rewards to start earning more!
• Rewards remain valid for 12 months after the referred traveler completes their trip. 
• Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value until they are issued as a check.
• Your rebates will be issued via check within 30 days of your return from the trip for which you applied the rewards.

Group Referrals: Free Cruise

This program allows you to refer travelers, join them on their trip, and cruise for free. To qualify, your group must book at least 10 cabins in addition to your own on the same sailing through our agency.

• You must be booked and travel on the same cruise and sailing date as the referred group.
• All referred travelers must be new clients of our agency.
• This offer applies to one cruise fare (one berth) based on double occupancy.
• You are responsible for all taxes, port fees, gratuities, insurance, upgrades, and optional add-ons; the base cruise fare is the only complimentary component.
• If the group size drops below the 10-additional-cabin minimum at any point prior to sailing, the complimentary fare benefit will be removed and the standard fare will apply.

Group Referrals: Free Bundled Travel

This program offers group-travel benefits for vacation packages that include flights and hotel accommodations, allowing you to travel for free. If you refer 10-paying travelers for the same bundled (i.e., flight + hotel) package, your travel will be complimentary.

• You must travel with the group on the same itinerary.
• Referred travelers must be new clients of our agency.
• Government taxes, resort fees, upgrades, insurance, and optional services may not be included unless stated.
• If the group size drops below the 10-paying travelers minimum at any point prior to the start of the trip, the complimentary benefit will be removed and the standard costs will apply.
